Yes, I'd suggest a couple of days prior to prevent the slim chance of over stimulation. Please stop only your "active" treatments this includes pHformula "Active", Synergy, Vita A etc. 

You should continue with your standard routine including Exfo, Recovery, Serums, Post/B3 etc. Please ask if you are unsure.

After treatment: please wait a day or two before continuing the use of Actives.

No, I advise to completely stop using other skincare or treatments.

By mixing brands you are undoing our work. I have no control over how non-professional products will react with my very powerful medical grade ones, you can potentially have bad reactions and at minimum are making your treatments ineffective .

I would suggest if intend to mix other products it is better wait until you are fully committed to transforming your skin. Please remember it is often the basics that can cause real issues in your skin routine (think cleansers, exfoliator), if you are not using the right product for your skin this is where the trouble begins.  

Using "Hot" anything on your skin disrupts your skin barrier, we definately don't want that.   

It is also key to remember that pores are not doors, they do not open and close it is more effective to use the right products to cleanse your skin by attracting and dissolving them. Remember EXFO cleanse can also be used as a facemask treatment and dissolves impurities and dead skin using gentle, natural enzymes.  

Yes, straight away is fine unless you have had Microneedling or Nanoneedling included in your treatment that day.

If you have problem skin such as Rosacea, Acne or Melasma I will support you to reduce the condition and provide lifestyle guidance however you still need to maintain your new skin and prevent problems from re-occuring this means continuining the use of some level supportive home skincare use.

I recommend maintenance treatments as these are more powerful than skincare alone.   

No, Skin Resurfacing exposes new cells on the skin surface, these are prone to sun damage and pigmentation therefore it is crital that you avoid the sun, sunbathing and sunbeds particularly if you have pigmentation already.

Having treatments then direct sun exposure can mean your pigment gets darker (hyperpigmentation).

A big hat, shade and reapply a broad spectrum SPF regularly. 

Each treatment is unique as this is a layer and leave as skin becomes stronger we can add additional layers into your session, Advanced skin resurfacing for transformation takes approx 60 mins, this can extend with the use of certain masks or resurfacing variants. 

Allow extra time where Microneedling/ nanoneedling/ LED Light therapy is included.

I would suggest leaving yourself 2 hours so I can give you the works.

You can leave longer between treatments but ensure you have enough skincare remaining at home to support each treatment. 

pHformula works comletely unlike any other skincare range there is literally nothing to compare it to. As these products are formulated to treat the skin you only need a small amount, many products such as the EXFO cleanse are available in large 200ml sizes too so you get a good few months use.   

I would suggest EXFO cleanse available from the clinic and a good broad spectrum SPF as bare minimum products.
